By using IPTVsimple Live ("the Service"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
IPTVsimple Live is a playback application that lets you connect to and view content from your own IPTV provider. We do NOT provide or distribute third-party audiovisual content.
The only exception is "My Library" (see section 7): a private, personal storage space for strictly individual use, where you can upload content you own or are authorized to use. It is not a catalog, it is not shared between users and it is not publicly distributed — it works like your personal cloud hard drive, not like a streaming service for third-party content.
2. Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid subscription with an IPTV provider of your choice.
You are responsible for complying with your IPTV provider's terms.
3. Account Use
⚠️ Single-use rule: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may only use ONE (1) device at a time. When you sign in on a new device, the previous session is closed automatically.
It is prohibited to:
Share your account with other people.
Use the account simultaneously on multiple devices.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service.
Attempt to circumvent the single-session restrictions.
Breaking these rules will result in the immediate suspension of your account without refund.
4. Price and Account
Using the Service on the website is free.
To play content you must confirm that you own the email address of your account, using the link we send you.
The IPTVsimple apps for other devices may be paid. Their purchase, billing and refunds are governed by the terms of the app store you buy them from (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
5. Privacy and Data
We store your email and session data securely.
Your IPTV provider credentials are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
We do not store or cache the content from your IPTV provider that you play. The exception is content you upload yourself to "My Library" (section 7), which is stored privately on our servers until you delete it.
We may log usage activity for security purposes and to improve the service.
6. Content
IPTVsimple Live is only a player. The content you watch comes from your IPTV provider. We are not responsible for:
The availability of the content.
The quality of the stream.
The legality of the content supplied by your provider.
Interruptions of your IPTV provider's service.
7. My Library — Your Own Content
"My Library" lets you upload your own audiovisual content to a private, personal storage space (with a storage limit tied to your account), so you can play it yourself on any of your devices. It is not a shared catalog or a distribution service: no one but you (and, if you generate a continuity link, the device you designate) can see this content.
⚠️ You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By using "My Library" you represent that you own the rights to the content you upload, or that you have the authorization required to store it and play it for personal use. IPTVsimple Live does not review, select or edit content uploaded by users.
It is prohibited to upload:
Copyrighted content you do not own and are not authorized to use.
Content that is illegal under applicable law (including but not limited to material involving minors, or that promotes violence or discrimination).
Content intended to be publicly shared or redistributed to third parties through the Service.
Upon a valid notice of copyright infringement, or of any other misuse, we reserve the right to remove the reported content and suspend the account without prior notice. If you have a copyright infringement claim, contact us through the support email with details of the content and your ownership of it.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded content: we recommend keeping your own backup copies. We may delete inactive content, or content in the event the Service shuts down, with prior notice whenever reasonably possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or cancel your account if you:
Violate these terms.
Use the Service fraudulently or abusively.
Share your account with third parties.
Upload content to "My Library" that infringes third-party rights or is illegal.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
